Suzanne Stokes, our Practice Manager, together with the Practice Management Team, deal with the day to day running of the firm.

The Practice Management Department encompasses Human Resources, Staff Welfare, Accounts, IT, Compliance, Client Welfare, Facilities Management, Business Development and much more.

Suzanne Stokes
Suzanne Stokes - Practice Manager

Suzanne joined Hayes + Storr as Practice Manager in June 2004.  She is responsible for the day to day management of our six offices dealing with all aspects of the firm, together with responsibility for all of our staff which now exceeds 100.  In addition to serving the needs of our business, Suzanne’s expertise is available to clients on employment matters.  The work Suzanne undertakes in this regard includes the review of processes and procedures, as well as early stage intervention in individual disputes and problems.

Originally from the West Midlands, Suzanne moved to North Norfolk in 1997.  During her career, she has been a Director of a company of independent financial advisers in London and the Director of a management consultancy firm. Suzanne has for many years offered individual management consultancy to businesses of varying sizes, with particular interest in enabling them to run efficiently, client/customer care and staff welfare.

Suzanne completed a 2 year Access to Law Course in 2005 which she passed with Distinction.

She enjoys art work, reading, gardening and boating on the broads when time permits.
Adam Bunkle
Adam Bunkle - Finance Manager

Adam joined Hayes + Storr in January 2005 as the Finance Manager to head the accounts team.

Adam was born in Norfolk and educated locally.  He attended the University of Reading where he took a honours degree in Psychology.  On returning home Adam joined a local firm of chartered accountants and qualified with them in 2000.  

Adam served in the Special Constabulary for 10 years becoming a Special Sergeant and received his long service medal from Prince Charles.  

Adam takes part in country pursuits, sailing (at Burnham Overy Staithe where he is also a Common Right Holder) and walking.  Adam is currently Chairman of North Creake Parish Council and is a Trustee of North Creake Village Hall.
Chris Johnson
Chris Johnson - IT Manager

Chris joined Hayes + Storr in March 2003.  He is responsible for IT throughout all of the Hayes + Storr offices.

Chris was born in Norfolk, is married and has recently become a dad.  Chris is an avid football supporter and a keen allotment gardner.
Alex Findlay
Alex Findlay - Compliance Manager

Alex Joined Hayes and Storr in 2011 as Compliance Manager (Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP)) , having previously worked for the Law Society and the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Alex was born in Norfolk and studied law at the University of East Anglia and the College of Law in Guildford.  He qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and specialised in personal injury work for many years, at firms in Slough and Norwich, before joining the Law Society.

Alex lives in Norwich with his wife and two daughters and enjoys many outdoor pursuits, including field archery.

Mandy Greeves

Mandy joined Hayes + Storr in 2006.  She works as part of the Practice Management Team dealing with all aspects of marketing for the firm from the submission of adverts and Q&A’s to a variety of publications to the sponsorship of local events and arranging seminars.

Mandy started in our Private Client Department as an Administrator assisting the Lawyers within the department with non-legal administration, as well as the more practical matters.  Mandy continues to get great pleasure from her pastoral visits to our elderly clients.

Having lived in Norfolk all her life Mandy enjoys spending time at the beach – although only out of season!  She likes to keep fit and so cycles to work and has also recently taken up horseriding again.
