Agricultural & Commercial Property Paralegal
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Agricultural & Commercial Property Paralegal to join our busy and growing team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to solicitors by preparing legal documents, conducting research, and managing case files. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their legal career within a professional environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to develop their career in a specialist area of law, working closely with experienced solicitors on a varied and interesting caseload.
Location: Flexible either Fakenham, Holt, Sheringham, King’s Lynn, or Swaffham
Salary: Competitive, plus benefits
Hours: Full-time
Assisting solicitors with agricultural and commercial property transactions
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, leases, licenses and transfers
• Supporting work on sales and purchases of agricultural land and commercial premises
• Dealing with landlord and tenant matters, including renewals and assignments
• Conducting title investigations and searches
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals
• Managing files, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in property law (agricultural or commercial experience)
• A good understanding of conveyancing processes and property documentation
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong client-care focus
