Corporate Solictor
We are seeking a proactive team-player with a solution-focused, adaptable mindset who wants to develop their technical and commercial skills further through working on a wide range of matters.
Your caseload will include all areas of business law, in particular leading on transactional corporate work, but also complex group re-organisations, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory.
Location: Fakenham, Holt, Sheringham, King’s Lynn, or Swaffham
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time / Part Time Considered
Type: Hybrid available with requirement for 2 days in office

We specialise in multiple areas of law including Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, Family Law, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Wills and Trusts, Inheritance Tax advice and Estate Planning, Elderly Client Services, Employment Law, Business and Company Law, Dispute Resolution, and Agricultural Law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, private equity, sales and purchases and reorganisations.
- General corporate matters including shareholders agreements, partnership agreements and company formations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements.
- Providing legal support on business structures, financing, and regulatory compliance.
- Building strong relationships with clients, assisting them with strategic legal advice.
- Collaborating with the wider legal team to support both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales.
- 1+ years of PQE in corporate law, gained in a reputable firm or in-house.
- Strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of corporate transactions.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach to work.
- Ambitious and driven to progress within a growing firm.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive cases with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
