Location: Holt

We are looking for someone enthusiastic to join our team at Holt.  The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a similar role and will need to be computer literate with good communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling all incoming and outgoing post and DX
  • Dealing with incoming calls
  • Greeting all visitors to the office
  • Banking
  • Archiving

Together with reception duties this role also has responsibility for general office administration and providing support to the secretaries and fee earners.

This is a full time position.
