All the right skills: more qualifications to celebrate in 2020

We are delighted to announce that Debbie Pearce and Jeremy Elliott have both been accepted as Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Debbie joined the property department at Hayes + Storr in October 2017. Her expertise covers all aspects of buying and selling residential property. She also advises landlords on Assured Shorthold Tenancies and their obligations to tenants.

Debbie became a Graduate Legal Executive in 2005 and worked for ten years at Shelter, where she provided legal advice and advocacy on homelessness and housing issues.

Jeremy joined Hayes and Storr in November 2015 having graduated from the University of East Anglia with an LLB (Hons) Law degree. He now works at our Sheringham office concentrating on all aspects of commercial and residential conveyancing of which he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Both Debbie and Jeremy now work as fully qualified property lawyers at Hayes + Storr.

Following the news, Operations Director, Alex Findlay said, ”This really is fantastic news for the property department, which continues to go from strength to strength in all areas of conveyancing. Debbie and Jeremy are already very well thought of among clients and staff alike. They have both worked extremely hard to qualify and are great assets to the firm.
