Abigail Reynolds

Abigail joined Hayes + Storr in 2018 following a move to the local area and is based in the litigation department. She previously worked at a Top 200 UK Law Firm in Peterborough for nearly 7 years. During her time in Peterborough, Abigail qualified as a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, achieving a ‘distinction’ grade in Family Law, Tort Law and the practice of Civil Litigation. Abigail is due to be admitted as a Fellow of CILEx this year and specialises in contract disputes, neighbour disputes and debt recovery.

Outside of work, Abigail enjoys reading, attending football matches at Norwich City Football Club and walking her Labrador with her fiancé and step-daughter.

Adam Bunkle

Director

Adam joined Hayes + Storr in January 2005 as the Finance Manager to head the accounts team.

Adam was born in Norfolk and educated locally.  He attended the University of Reading where he took a honours degree in Psychology.  On returning home Adam joined a local firm of chartered accountants and qualified with them in 2000.  

Adam served in the Special Constabulary for 10 years becoming a Special Sergeant and received his long service medal from Prince Charles.  

Adam takes part in country pursuits, sailing (at Burnham Overy Staithe where he is also a Common Right Holder) and walking.  Adam is currently Chairman of North Creake Parish Council and is a Trustee of North Creake Village Hall.

Alex Findlay

Director

Alex Joined Hayes and Storr in 2011 as Compliance Manager (Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP)) , having previously worked for the Law Society and the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Alex was born in Norfolk and studied law at the University of East Anglia and the College of Law in Guildford.  He qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and specialised in personal injury work for many years, at firms in Slough and Norwich, before joining the Law Society.

Alex lives in Norwich with his wife and two daughters and enjoys many outdoor pursuits, including field archery.

Amanda Nudds

Amanda joined Hayes + Storr in August 2005 and is an Solicitor in the Litigation Department at our Fakenham office.

Amanda acts on behalf of individuals and businesses in relation to contractual disputes, landlord and tenant issues, debt recovery, debt and bankruptcy advice. She also helps individuals with every day problems arising from consumer issues, disputes with utility companies, or other individuals covering various aspects of the law.

Amanda gained a Law Degree through part time study which she completed in 2009 and completed her LPC in 2011.  Amanda qualified as a Solicitor in 2015.     

Outside of Hayes + Storr, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, is a keen reader and enjoys cooking and music.

Andrea Craig

Director

Andrea joined Hayes + Storr as a partner in January 2007.

Andrea is Head of the Business department.  She deals with Company, Commercial, Construction, Commercial Property, Intellectual Property Rights and Non Contentious Employment matters.

Andrea has previously worked in industry for Costain, Balfour Beatty and London Regional Transport (now Transport for London) and served her time as a City lawyer with Masons (now Pinsent Masons) and Nicholson Graham & Jones (now K & L Gates).

Andrea is a School Governor at Litcham High School and is a past President of West Norfolk Chamber of Commerce.  She has two teenage children and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, all three of which take up much of her personal time outside of the office.

Anissa Hallworth

Director

Anissa joined Hayes + Storr in 2011, having worked in the Norfolk area for 7 years, as a Solicitor and Director and is Head of the Litigation Dispute Resolution Department and the Employment Department.  Anissa deals with all types of dispute resolution matters and acts for both Employers and Employees in all aspects of Employment Law.

Anissa has successfully represented a number of individuals and companies in court disputes and successfully negotiated very good settlements on their behalf.  Anissa has also won a number of Employment Tribunal Hearings where she completes the representation of clients herself in the Employment Tribunal and Anissa completes her own advocacy in both the Employment Tribunal and the county court.  

She has won a number of high profile claims for a number of Clients in the court and Employment Tribunal, including most recently a claim against a Local Council for disability discrimination.  Anissa has acted for a number of employers and successfully defended a number of Employment tribunal claims against them.

Anissa has been the Training Officer for the local Law Society for the last 5 years and also completes a large amount of work with local charities and pro bono legal advice for charities.  

On a personal level, Anissa is married and enjoys walking and cycling.  She is a member of a number of local groups and enjoys entertaining and reading.

Anna French

Anna joined the Sheringham office of Hayes + Storr in May 2011 and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Legal Executives, specialising in Wills and Probate, Powers of Attorney, Elderly Client and Private Client Services.

Anna studied at the University of East Anglia gaining a BA (Hons) in History in 2003 and an MA in Early Modern History in 2004. She then moved down to Devon and undertook her ILEX examinations whilst working for a firm of Solicitors in Torquay. Anna became a Graduate Member of ILEX in August 2010 and won the ILEX Student of the Year Award 2010 for achieving the highest average score in her exams.

Away from the office, Anna enjoys equine sports and has retained an interest in history. She is particularly pleased to be back in Nelson’s County.

Benjamin Parker

Ben graduated from Birmingham City University with a 1st Class BA Honours degree in English.

Ben then attended The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and commissioned into The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, an Armoured Infantry Regiment that operates using the Infantry Fighting Vehicle known as the Warrior.

On leaving the British Army he decided to pursue a career in law. He studied for his Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University and later received a Commendation in the Legal Practice Course from Anglia Ruskin University.  On completion of his training at Hayes + Storr Solicitors, he will qualify as a Solicitor in 2019.

Ben plays cricket and rugby. He enjoys keeping fit, running and all things outdoors. Ben is also still proud to be able to retain his connection with the Army as an officer in the Army Reserves.

Ben ran in the 2018 London Marathon and raised over £6,000 for Alzheimer’s Research UK.

Charlotte Bentley

Charlotte joined Hayes + Storr in 2014 as Chartered Legal Executive and is based in our new Hunstanton office.

Charlotte has worked in a solicitors office since the age of 16.  She began her career in Swaffham as a legal secretary and then moved to a firm in King's Lynn as a secretary to one of the partners with aspirations of becoming a legal executive in which she succeeded.

Charlotte qualified as a lawyer in 2007 and deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing.

Charlotte has always lived in the area and her local knowledge and long career in the law will be a great advantage in our new Hunstanton office.

Out of work Charlotte enjoys walking her dog, swimming, cycling, boxercise and escaping to a campsite with her husband and dog.

Chris Johnson

Chris joined Hayes + Storr in March 2003.  He is responsible for IT throughout all of the Hayes + Storr offices.

Chris was born in Norfolk, is married and has two young children. Chris is an avid football supporter and a keen allotment gardner.

Debbie Pearce

Debbie joined Hayes + Storr in October 2017 as a legal executive working in the property department. Her expertise covers all aspects of buying and selling residential property, and also includes advising landlords on Assured Shorthold Tenancies and their obligations to tenants.

Debbie graduated as a Legal Executive in 2005 and worked for ten years at Shelter, where she provided legal advice and advocacy on homelessness and housing issues. Debbie returned to conveyancing in June 2016 working in Lincolnshire before relocating back to Norfolk.

Debbie lives in Norfolk with her husband, two children and two dogs and loves being near the coast. She is Scout Secretary to her local Scout Group and enjoys helping out at their events in her spare time.
