We’re aware of the fact that proceeding to an Employment Tribunal Hearing may not be the best solution for all employees. We will advise you on the best way to resolve any difficulties that you have with your employer based on the outcome you want to achieve.

If you are being asked to enter into a settlement agreement, your employer will pay a contribution to your legal fees; this is usually enough to meet with you and advise on the terms of the agreement.
