Family Law Services
The Family Law Department at Hayes + Storr has a strong reputation for it’s effective and conciliatory approach in this specialist field.
Our experienced and approachable team of family law solicitors in Norfolk will provide reliable, confidential advice on a wide range of issues concerning families and relationship breakdown.
We also pride ourselves on being available to the client whenever possible and, importantly, explaining matters in plain English.
What Service Can We Provide?
We can assist with all aspects of Family Law, from explaining your legal position in different circumstances, through to representing your interests in negotiations with other parties. We can also guide you through mediation or any court proceedings which may become necessary, although court should always be seen as a last resort. Our aim is to achieve an outcome which is both satisfactory and fair for you and your family.
The department is led by the well-known and highly experienced Rob Colwell. He and his team are members of Resolution; a national organisation of family lawyers committed to resolving family problems in a non-confrontational way.

We always focus on conducting your case in a cost-effective manner and aim to be competitive. At our initial meeting we will discuss with you the likely cost of any action we may undertake on your behalf. On some occasions services can be provided at a fixed cost. Regular and transparent billing helps you monitor your costs. We also try to provide realistic timescales so you can plan your future.
It is important to get your advice early and before making any final decisions. We offer a reduced rate, fixed fee appointment for all new clients for £125+VAT.
There is no on-going obligation should you decide not to proceed. For all new enquiries, please call 01328 863231 and request to speak to the family department or email email@example.com. Appointments are available by telephone, online or at any of our offices, and normally within 24 hours or sooner in an emergency.
