Hayes + Storr are delighted to sponsor Sea Fever 6.5

Sea Fever 6.5 is a special, half day event (hence the half) on the morning of Saturday 29th October at Wells Maltings.

Sea Fever celebrates all forms of the written word, and October’s theme focuses on sea power in its various forms.

Rear Admiral Chris Parry will be setting the scene in conversation with David Hart KC. They’ll be followed by Graeme Tipp, the doyen of experts on the Cutty Sark.

Jim Ring will draw stumps by talking about fictional takes on Sea Power – The Riddle of the Sands, in conversation with Ann Ockwell.

Individual events are priced at £10, or £25 for all three. Tickets are available as usual on the Wells Maltings website.

The festival offers a rare opportunity to see, hear and meet others who share a passion for the English language.
