An opportunity has arisen to join our highly regarded and busy Commercial Property team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to handle a full range of commercial property matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, providing exceptional client care, and contributing to the growth and success of the team. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, hybrid working, and flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

Location: Based in Norfolk with offices in Holt, Sheringham, Fakenham, King’s Lynn, and Swaffham. Options for remote, hybrid, and flexible working are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and developments.

• Client Consultation: Advise clients on a variety of commercial property matters, providing tailored legal solutions to meet their needs.

• Document Preparation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to commercial property.

• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches, title investigations, and reviewing planning permissions.

• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and advice throughout their property transactions.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across our five offices to deliver comprehensive legal services and support the wider property team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales.

• Experience: Minimum of one year PQE experience in commercial property law, with a proven track record of handling a full range of commercial property matters.

• Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload. Excellent communication and client care skills. Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.

• Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of commercial property law, regulations, and best practices.
