Commercial Property Laywer
We are a well-established solicitors’ firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to businesses, investors, landlords and developers across the UK. Due to continued growth within our property department, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team.
Location: Fakenham, Holt, Sheringham, King’s Lynn, Swaffham or Norwich
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time / Part Time Considered
Type: Hybrid available with requirement for 2-3 days in office
Key Responsibilities
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, acting for a range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and SMEs. The role offers a high degree of autonomy alongside the support of a collaborative and experienced team.
• Handling a full caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
• Acting on acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals and landlord & tenant matters
• Advising developers, investors, lenders and business occupiers
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and ancillary documentation
• Conducting title investigations and due diligence
• Maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development
Requirements
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or Legal Executive with equivalent experience)
• Ideally 3 years’ PQE in commercial property (all levels considered depending on experience)
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and commercial approach
