Corporate / Commercial Property Solicitor
We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware Corporate / Commercial Property Solicitor to join our well-established law firm. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload spanning both corporate transactions and commercial property matters, offering an excellent opportunity to develop a broad and high quality practice.
Location: Fakenham, Holt, Sheringham, King’s Lynn, Swaffham or Norwich
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time / Part Time Considered
Type: Hybrid available with requirement for 2-3 days in office
Key Responsibilities:
• Advising clients on corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructures, and shareholder matters.
• Managing a range of commercial property work such as acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases, and development projects.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate and property documentation.
• Conducting due diligence and title investigations.
• Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals.
• Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Keeping up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments.
• Collaborating with the wider legal team to support both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with ideally 3 years’ PQE in corporate and/or commercial property law.
• Demonstrable experience handling corporate transactions and/or commercial real estate matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive, client focused approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently where required.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
