We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling complex litigation cases, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and a thorough understanding of current legal practices and procedures. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, hybrid working, and flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
Location: Based in Norfolk with offices in Holt, Sheringham, Fakenham, King’s Lynn, and Swaffham. Options for remote, hybrid, and flexible working are available.

Key Responsibilities:
• Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, property litigation, and other civil litigation cases.
• Client Advocacy: Represent clients in court, tribunals, and mediation, delivering exceptional legal advice and advocacy.
• Legal Research and Documentation: Conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings, statements, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Client Relations: Maintain and develop strong client relationships, providing tailored legal advice and solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across our five offices to deliver comprehensive legal services.
Qualifications:
• Education: Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of PQE experience in litigation, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.
• Skills: Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of litigation procedures, rules, and regulations.
