Litigation Lawyer

Location: Fakenham; Holt; King’s Lynn; Norwich; Sheringham; Swaffham

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Litigation Lawyer to join our growing and busy Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer/Chartered Legal Executive (with rights to practice litigation) who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm. The successful candidate will be confident handling a varied caseload of general civil litigation matters.

Location: Fakenham, Holt, Sheringham, King’s Lynn, Swaffham or Norwich
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time
Type: Hybrid available with requirement for 2 – 3 days in office

Key Responsibilities:
You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior members of the team on more complex matters. The work will be varied and may include:
• General civil and commercial litigation
• Contractual disputes
• Debt recovery matters
• Property litigation including Landlord and tenant
• Boundary and neighbour disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Contentious probate matters
• Consumer and business disputes
• Agricultural disputes
The role offers genuine responsibility, client contact and advocacy opportunities, making it ideal for someone looking to broaden their litigation experience.

About You
To be considered for this role, you will:
• Be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer/Chartered Legal Executive (with practice rights)
• Have experience managing a litigation caseload with appropriate supervision
• Possess strong advocacy, negotiation and communication skills
• Be commercially aware and client-focused
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills
• Be able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Demonstrate a proactive and solution-focused approach to client matters
