Carly Sullivan

Carly is a Senior Associate and Head of Children Law at Hayes + Storr. She qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and joined Hayes + Storr in September 2025. Carly has built a wealth of experience working in both private practice and within a Local Authority legal department. This broad background has equipped her with a well-rounded perspective and a practical, informed approach to representing clients in complex and sensitive cases.

Carly advises and represents clients in all areas of children law, including both private and public law matters. She is a member of the Law Society Children Panel, a recognition of her specialist expertise in this field. Carly regularly advises and represents parents, grandparents, and other family members, as well as children through their CAFCASS guardians, particularly in public law and care proceedings.

Known for her clear communication and compassionate manner, Carly is committed to ensuring that every client feels supported, understood, and strongly represented throughout their legal journey.

Carly is local to Norfolk, having lived and worked in the area for most of her life. She is now enjoying raising her own children in the places she has always called home. Outside of work, Carly has a passion for dance, attending the theatre, and spending time with family and friends.
