Charlotte Lynskey

Charlotte has worked in the legal profession since leaving college in 1997, bringing nearly three decades of experience and dedication to her role. After many years as a legal secretary, she qualified as a Probate Technician in May 2024, marking an important milestone in her professional development.

She has been a valued member of Hayes + Storr for nine years, working throughout that time within the Private Client department. Charlotte now advises clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration, offering a supportive, approachable service during what can often be sensitive and complex times.

Outside of work, Charlotte lives with her partner of six years in the beautiful coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea. As a proud mother of three school-age children, family life is at the heart of everything she does. Weekends are often spent on the sidelines of a football pitch supporting her two sons, or cheering on her daughter at gymnastics competitions.

Charlotte also has a passion for travel, enjoying family holidays both in the UK and abroad. More recently, she has discovered a love of “extreme day trips,” making the most of short adventures to destinations such as Copenhagen, Cork, Madrid and Milan over the past year.
