Debbie Pearce

Debbie joined the property department at Hayes + Storr in October 2017. Her expertise covers all aspects of buying and selling residential property and includes advising landlords on Assured Shorthold Tenancies and their obligations to tenants.

She is a Licenced Conveyancer, governed by the rules of professional conduct laid down by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, the statutory body that regulates conveyancing.

Debbie became a Graduate Legal Executive in 2005 and worked for ten years at Shelter, where she provided legal advice and advocacy on homelessness and housing issues.

Debbie returned to conveyancing in June 2016 working in Lincolnshire before relocating back to Norfolk. She was accepted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in March 2020.

She lives in Norfolk with her husband, two children and two dogs and loves being near the coast.
