Emily specialises in commercial property law and can assist with a full range of commercial property advice, to both business and private individuals, including the following:-
- Sales and Acquisitions;
- Landlord and Tenant matters;
- Secured lending;
- Asset management;
- Development matters.
Emily attended the University of Nottingham and studied Law graduating with a LLB (Hons) Law Degree in 2013. She then went on to achieve a distinction in her LPC qualification at BPP Holborn, London. Emily completed her training contract with Hayes + Storr undertaking seats in commercial property, litigation, family and residential property and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2018 into the commercial property department. Emily also gained a number of years’ experience in the property department, prior to completing her training contract, with involvement in agricultural, residential and commercial property matters. Emily gained experience in a large regional law firm in Norwich.
