Emma specialises in the drafting of wills, powers of attorney and the administration of estates. She is patient and understanding, offering clear, confidential advice and explanations, making sure she achieves the best possible outcome for you and your own unique set of family circumstances.
Emma specialises in advising elderly clients. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and The Association of Lifetime Lawyers. Emma joined Hayes + Storr in February 2020 to work in the Private Client Department. She completed a Degree in Politics at the University of Exeter, and subsequently completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford, obtaining her Law Degree at the same time.
Outside of work, Emma is a keen sports fan and can regularly be found attending football matches or getting out and about in the countryside.
