Gino Ballestracci

Gino joined Hayes + Storr in May 2026 as a Senior Associate and CEDR-Accredited Mediator in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, based in our Norwich office.

Gino has over 15 years of experience assisting in high-stake disputes across the private and public sectors. His expertise is within private wealth disputes involving high-net-worth individuals, families, executors, trustees and beneficiaries.

Clients value his ability to distil complex issues quickly and focus on what matters most – reaching effective, proportionate outcomes while protecting reputations and preserving relationships where possible.

He regularly assists clients and the wider team with estate, trust and inheritance disputes, including claims relating to validity, construction and rectification of wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975, proprietary estoppel claims and property/trust disputes between former cohabitees (TOLATA).

With a deep and longstanding interest in alternative dispute resolution, Gino has attained accreditation from the internationally recognised Centre of Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and accepts instructions as a civil mediator, predominantly in the private wealth disputes sphere.

Gino is a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (Associate). He is also a registered member of the Civil Mediation Counsel and the Contentious Trust Association (ConTrA).

Gino has been recognised as an “Associate to Watch” in Chambers & Partners High-Net-Worth Guides for 2024 and 2025.

In his spare time, Gino enjoys spending time with his family and friends and discovering the delights of Norfolk and Suffolk.
