CLIENT COMMENTS
Mr and Mrs M
“We would just like to express our thanks to you for handling our sale so professionally and, if you dare, would you be willing to act for us when we jump back into the property market to buy some time in the future?”
Mr S
“I would like to express my thanks for the efficiency with which the conveyancing has been completed by you and the staff at Hayes + Storr.”
Mrs P
“You were extremely patient, and always very calm and reassuring to me. As you know, I became very stressed as time went on, and through no fault of yours or mine, I could see the whole deal falling through. I was under extreme pressure from every side, which is very difficult when you are living on your own and there is no-one to say, ‘that’s it, you cant do more, sit down relax and have a drink’! Without my son, Giles in Melbourne who advised me throughout and without you as my solicitor I fear I might not have had the strength to prevail.
I am also aware that you often prioritised my problems, and that it must have added to your pressure of work, so can I say how grateful I am? I look forward to instructing you again before too long when another sale is in sight.”
