Mollie Banks

Mollie joined Hayes and Storr in 2020, initially providing administrative support across the firm before taking up a dedicated position within the Family Department in 2021. She is currently training as a paralegal, working towards qualification while gaining extensive experience in all aspects of family law.

Mollie’s work predominantly focuses on children matters, including both private and public law cases. She also assists with other areas of family law, offering support to fee earners across the department to ensure clients receive an efficient and compassionate service.

Being local to the area, Mollie has strong ties to the community and is committed to delivering approachable, client-focused support during what are often sensitive and challenging circumstances.

Outside of work, Mollie enjoys spending time outdoors walking her chocolate Labrador, reading, and socialising with family and friends.
