Susanna Mayfield

Susanna joined Hayes + Storr in 2011 and qualified as a solicitor into our busy Litigation Department in April 2015. Since then, she has successfully represented many clients and was appointed an Associate with the firm in 2022.

Susanna acts in respect of a variety of disputes; however, her work is predominantly focused upon high value contentious probate matters, including challenges to the validity of Wills, actions in proprietary estoppel and claims (whether as claimant or defendant) under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

She also acts in respect of defamation actions, professional negligence, commercial disputes and claims arising under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.

Susanna acts for both individuals and companies, taking a robust and pragmatic approach, and consistently negotiates very good settlements on their behalf. She is passionate about her clients and dedicated to seeking justice and achieving a positive outcome.

In her spare time, Susanna enjoys trips to the theatre and spending time with her much loved family.
