Poppy Lee

Poppy is a Paralegal within the Dispute Resolution team assisting with a variety of complex disputes and coordinating the firm’s Mediation Service alongside our resident mediator, Gino Ballestracci. Since commencing her legal career in 2021, Poppy has developed strong client service and communication skills with a focus on providing clients with a collaborative and dedicated approach to resolving disputes.

Poppy was born and raised in Norfolk and joined Hayes + Storr in June 2026. She completed her Undergraduate Degree in Events Management with the University of Lincoln in 2020, achieving a first class honours, before completing her MA in Law with the University of Law, graduating with a distinction.

Outside of work, Poppy is a qualified personal trainer and a fitness enthusiast who enjoys making the most of Norfolk’s countryside and coastline.
