Anna joined the Sheringham office of Hayes + Storr in May 2011 and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Legal Executives, specialising in Wills and Probate, Powers of Attorney, Elderly Client and Private Client Services.
Anna studied at the University of East Anglia gaining a BA (Hons) in History in 2003 and an MA in Early Modern History in 2004. She then moved down to Devon and undertook her ILEX examinations whilst working for a firm of Solicitors in Torquay. Anna became a Graduate Member of ILEX in August 2010 and won the ILEX Student of the Year Award 2010 for achieving the highest average score in her exams.
Away from the office, Anna enjoys equine sports and has retained an interest in history. She is particularly pleased to be back in Nelson’s County.
Fiona joined Hayes + Storr in October 2017 and specialises in Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney.
She studied at UCLAN on a part time basis whilst working as a para-legal for a firm in Lytham St Annes and qualified as a solicitor in 2001.
Fiona initially specialised in personal injury but did a conversion course to practice as a Private Client solicitor, at Oxford University. In her spare time, Fiona loves to get out walking with her husband and enjoys keeping fit.

Kieran has lived near Fakenham for most of his life and was brought up in a family who worked almost entirely in different areas of the legal system. Therefore it comes as no surprise that he has been interested in law ever since he was a child.
He achieved 100% in his A-level law exams and went on to study an LLB (Hons) Law Degree at the University of Leicester. He then carried out his Legal Practice Course (Post Graduate Diploma) at Anglia Ruskin University where he achieved a distinction. He completed work experience at a top law firm in Norwich and joined Hayes + Storr in 2017 as a Paralegal. He started his training contract in January 2019.
Outside of work, his hobbies include playing rugby, going to the gym and visiting Norfolk’s outstanding beaches. He was the captain of the men’s rugby team at the University of Leicester in his final year.

Rowan joined Hayes + Storr in January 2019 as a paralegal and is now training to be a solicitor. The majority of her previous work experience was in social housing as a support worker.
Rowan studied for her law degree with the Open University and has always been interested in law. She has lived in Norfolk for most of her life and and enjoys camping, reading and dressmaking.

Susan is an Associate Solicitor here at Hayes + Storr, having joined the firm in 2019. Her legal career began after graduating with a BSc (Hons) Degree from the University of Plymouth and completing her professional exams at the College of Law in Chester, qualifying in 1995.
Susan started off working in Lancashire before moving to the South West for over 17 years where she worked as a partner in a law firm, heading up the Private Client Department and taking on many management roles.
Susan has always specialised in the private client area and has vast experience when it comes to the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, administering estates, assisting deputies through the Court of Protection, and creating and managing Trusts. Her client base varies from those with business and agricultural requirements to those with less complicated but equally as important needs.
